Delete a WhatsApp group on iPhone
If you are using an iPhone, the procedure to delete a WhatsApp group:
- Remove group members: Open the group chat, tap the group name, then tap a member’s name. Select Remove [member’s name] and then OK. Repeat for all members.
- Leave group: Once members are removed, tap the group name, then Leave group and then Leave group again.
- Delete the group: Open the group again, tap its name, then select Delete group and Delete group again.

On Android, the process is similar: you’ll first need to remove all members before deleting the group. Here’s how to delete a WhatsApp group:
